Hotel check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am.

What is the cancellation policy?
A 30 days cancellation policy applies.

Do I have to pay Extra-Fee for cleaning the villa?
No. All gratuities for luggage assistance and guest room cleaning

Are pets allowed at BE VILLAS?
Yes.
There is a $25 non-refundable charge placed to the guest account for cleaning purposes.

Are childcare services available?
Childcare services are not available at BE VILLAS
however, we can offered to guests, baby sitting (if this staff is available)

Are refrigerators, cribs or extra-bed available?
Refrigerators are included in all guest room suites.
Cribs are available upon request.
The extra-bed are also available upon request.

Is there Transport to the airport include?
The transport from the AIRPORT - VILLA is available and include in the rates.
The service to DROP to the airport is available upon request & at a reasonable rate.

Is there room service and what are the hours?
No. there is not room service. However our staff gladdy can help you for any extra-delivery or grocery needs

Are there iron in the VILLA?
Yes, just ask to our staff, iron plus ironing board.

Is High Speed Internet access available in THE VILLA?
Wireless Internet access is available throughout the resort including guest rooms and even pool areas.
There is optional & is additional charge to buy the VOUCHERS,
as this service is provide it for a external company BlueLine.co.id

We will arrive before check-in, is early check-in available?
If THE VILLA is available upon your arrival,
early check-in will be provided at no additional charge.
If YOUR VILLA is not yet available our Staff will gladly assist with temporary luggage storage.
