Both inside and outside the villas (living rooms, bedrooms, verandas, bathrooms, pool, gardens and patio), the magical views of the islands: Spetses, Spetsopoula, Hydra, Kounoupi, Dokos and Ermioni, amaze any visitor. This incredible, unique spectacle cannot be printed on photos. You cannot imagine the stunning feeling of 'infinity' the pool (8.50m x 12.50m) offers you, when you wake up in the morning or relax during the evening. The villas are immaculately furnished and equipped with a minimal interior design and central air conditioning/heating. The multicolored garden (850m covered with trees, flowers and aromatic plants), the mild climate and the seductive views make it ideal for holidays all year round.

Ground Level:
The living room is spacious and airy with fantastic views of the sea and the islands, Spetses, Spetsopoula, Dokos, Hydra, Kounoupi and Ermioni. It also incorporates a satellite TV, DVD & Hi-fi. There are ample seating areas and fireplace.
The dining area is next to the living room and seats 10 people
comfortably.
The kitchen is fully-fitted, with modern kitchen furniture and big work surfaces, electric range, oven, 4 ring stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettles, toaster etc.
There is also a WC.
Basement Level:
Bedroom 4: with double bed, suite including its own shower room.
Bedroom 5: with double bed, suite including its own shower room.
Play room, small kitchenette (refrigerator, 2 ring stove etc).

Bedroom 4: a studio (double bed, small kitchenette with refrigerator, 2 ring stove and shower room.

Notes on accommodation
All bedrooms have fantastic and breathtaking views of the sea from the bed, own balcony, air conditioning/heating for guests wishing to use the villa out of season, insect mesh on the windows and fitted wardrobes.
Telephone line and devices exist on all villa levels.
Central air conditioning/heating is provided. On the basement, both villas have a storage area with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, iron board and various other useful items.
The villas are cleaned twice a week. All linen and towels are included and are changed twice a week.

Outside
The infinity swimming pool is 8.50m x 12.50m (max. depth 3m) and there is a pool-side shower.Outdoor furniture (chairs, tables and beech chairs) are included.
The gardens (850m) around the villas include both pergolas and patios, where you can either sunbathe or relax. There is a gardener, who also tends the swimming pool.
Each villa has a fully equipped BBQ.

Coast/Beach
There is a selection of beaches (sandy, rocky, white sand and pebble) around the area. Nearest beach is 500m.
Cycling, diving, fishing, horse riding, mountain biking, paragliding, sailing, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing, wind-surfing.

Skiing
Water skiing and other water sports are available at most of the coastal resorts.

Travel
The nearest airport is Athens (Eleftherios Venizelos 200 kms).
Renting a car (either from the airport or in Porto Heli) is recommended in order to drive around the Peloponesse. Pireaus port to Porto Heli is approx 2.5 hours away (by hydrofoil).

Distances
Porto Heli centre is just 8km from the villas, or a 10 mins drive. Kranidi is 10km away. Nearby fishing vilages of Kilada (13km) and Ermioni (17km, market on Thursday) are well worth visiting. They have a number of seafront tavernas, many specialising in local seafood. The ancient theatre of Epidavros (50km) performances are still held in the summer months. Nafplion the first capital of Greece is 85km away with wonderful Venetian and Turkish architecture.

Porto Heli is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Surrounded by rolling pine clad hills, the village is situated on a vast bay, providing one of the safest natural harbours in Greece, which today has been transformed into a miniature cosmopolitan port without having lost its traditional charm. It is also a paradise for water-sport enthusiasts. With 18 miles of beaches and coves, there is always somewhere new to go for a swim or explore by boat. The mild climate, because of its 350 days of sunshine, the unforgettable sunsets, and the innumerable cultural activities, ensure that Porto Heli is a popular holiday resort throughout the year.The lovely village center offers a wide variety of shops, tavernas, bars, restaurants, nightclubs and discotheques. Information on car, boat and motorbike rentals,excursions by boat to Hydra, Spetses, Poros or Monemvassia or by bus to Epidavros, Nafplion and Mycenae is available at the Tourist Offices.

Arriving in the dark, nothing can prepare you for the stunning view that greets you when you wake up in the morning. It is literally breathtaking. I have never been in a holiday house so immaculately furnished and equipped.
