Hazel in Nerja "I´m not playing that XBOX, It will make me look silly!"

My friends are over for a couple of weeks from the UK and staying at El Capistrano villas, Nerja Village. Hazel, Jimmy, Ian and Marie are regulars on the El Capistrano site and try to stay there as often as they can, they really do love Nerja.

Well, as luck would have it, they all dropped in to see me after they had spent three or four days on Gibraltar before heading to El Capistrano
and we deecided to try out our new XBOX 360 with Kinect. For those of you unfamiliar with the XBOX 360 with Kinect machine, it is a games console that allows the players to play games without handsets, you just stand in front of the telly and make a fool of yourself.

We played Ten Pin Bowling, I won, of course, but then we got silly and decided to play the River Rafting Game. I have never seen middle aged people look so stupid! if someone had looked through the window at us jumping up and down and screaming "to the right! to the left!" and groaning at our lack of success, they would have us locked up.

We must have played for two hours. Sillyness got the better of us and we tried the boxing..My God! It nearly killed me; I was completely knackered and gave up after two goes. The next morning it felt like I had been run over by a truck, I was aching all over.

It will be a while before the XBOX 360 with Kinect machine sees the light of day again. My friends are coming back before they leave El Capistrano but theres no way I´m playing that thing so soon.
